I request that the Cape Verde Real Estates endeavor to find a purchaser on my behalf or the above property giving the return price to me as shown. I understand that Cape Verde Real Estates will use their direction in the gross price quoted for the property and the amount obtained in excess of the return price to me will be retained by Cape Verde Real Estates as their commission for the sale. Commission retained by Cape Verde Real Estates may be large or small depending on what concessions they may have to make to achieve a sale, but in any event the return price to me will not be less than that quoted without prior consent and agreement. I authorize Cape Verde Real Estates to prepare a purchase agreement in the event of a sale and I further authorize them to deduct commissions due to them from deposits paid and later payments received if necessary.
